Developmental Movement

1st and 3rd Friday afternoons to playfully engage your child to build wellbeing, curiosity and confidence in their bodies. Developmental Movement is an interactive class for parent/caregiver and child. Learn the early patterns of normal movement and perception that inform the physical, emotional and intellectual capabilities of your developing child. From birth to walking, the first year experiences with movement and touch, play and handling have long term effects on growth and development. As these early patterns emerge and organize, parents will learn how to gently and effectively support their child to find ease, strength, flexibility and balance.


Our approach is based on non-intrusive observation and gentle, supportive interaction for each individual child.

Yoga beautifully supports the mother and baby. From fertility and preconception to prenatal, postnatal and beyond, yoga will support and nurture you to deeply connect with your body and your baby. This is a class for women in all phases of motherhood who are seeking safe, compassionate and thoughtful postures, pranayama and meditations that open, strengthen and build flexibility. Modifications and contraindications included for preconception, each trimester, labor, birth and postpartum. Birth partners will learn relaxing yoga and massage techniques to use during pregnancy and labor for the mother to be. Join us 1st and 3rd Mondays for prenatal yoga and 2nd and 4th Friday afternoons for postnatal yoga. Mother baby yoga class on 5th Friday afternoons. More info at


Sensational Baby!

The benefits of infant massage are well documented. For the infant, massage stimulates all the systems of the body, relaxes the muscles and improves tone, provides relief from pain and emotional distress, and promotes bonding and attachment behaviors. For the parents, infant massage builds confidence in understanding and responding to the baby’s cues and care needs and provides nurturing contact and time to be close to your baby. Come to Sensational Baby! and learn to use nurturing touch to communicate with your baby. This fun class meets on 2nd and 4th Monday mornings.



Come for the breastfeeding support group beforehand and stay for the infant massage class!

As a board certified lactation consultant I want women to have an optimal experience whether breastfeeding, lactating or formula feeding. Join our support group (breastfeeding and lactation services, supporting our mothers) where Moms and babies gather to share successes, ask questions, get support and build community. We meet on 2nd and 4th Monday mornings. Free weight checks. Stay for the infant massage class Sensational baby! afterwards!
